There is a non-refundable pet fee of $150 per pet up to 49 lbs. and $300 per pet 50 lbs. and over. There is an additional monthly rent of $20 per pet. Please note that we do not accept certain breeds of dogs, including Akita, American Staffordshire Terrier, Bull Terrier, Chow, Doberman, German Shepherd, Husky, Pit Bull, Presa Canario, Rottweiler and Wolf Hybrid.
